Introduction

( My View)

1- I prefer the new center should be in different title from the current church

2- I’m willing to give every single information or documents of my search that takes from me more than eighteen months to who will be in charge in doing this project

3- The project be should be under supervision of priest of the current church until his holiness of our beloved father pop Shenouda III to decided a new priest for the new center

4- The new center’s activities are not conflict with the current church activities

-The new center is very wide open for every person would like to serve with no restriction or asking but has to follow the rules of our Orthodox Church rules

- The center will be running in very democratic way- we should be very firm with this issue – everything should be in vote with no bias .. there is a board for each activity plus the top Board of the senates' board( the wiz people above age of 40 years old) مجلس الأراخنة

- The new center’s activities are not conflict with the current church activities

We should work for his Glory only

Notes 1:

We will start this project when we are going to collect between 500,000 to one million Canadian dollars

which can buy a littlie farm from 40 to 120 or 160 acres far from the current church on the Hi-way by 45 minutes to one hour

Financing this project:

We need to sell plots to 100 – 200 family

To collect 800 thousand to one million and four hundred thousand

We need to announce about the project to the congregation and connivance them to buy.

Once we have a list f people interesting to buy we will start to arrange with the real State, the Bank, the architect and the city, to start to buy the land

There are 2 ways to collect the money from our congregation:

Either they pay full amount in onetime cash

Or to arrange with a bank to give loans to our peoples of the congregation then the person will pay the monthly term

The cemetery’s plots for 2 and tow casket for eight thousand dollar

We will give a donation receipts for 3 thousand

We will give a donation receipts for Loan Interest

And for any reasons if any one can’t bay his loan we will take over to pay the rest of the loan

Also if the person going to move to another province , He has the choice either to sell it to any one or we’ll return the money back or if we have another cemetery in that province we can move the title for him


Notes 2:
The center is design for 3 parts

The consecration center (Monastery): their goal is Consecration & Missionary Training

Retreat Center for youth and families running away from the monastery

Cemetery and it’s belongings are different issues

Notes 3:
The Cemetery design

- In front of every Garden it'll be designed to have a chapel or a little church for the visitors to light a candle or to have a flower for their beloved past one(s)

- The cemetery will surrounded with trees, Flowers and Lighting
- Will have some fountains in between the gardens,

- Statues of our Lord Jesus Christ in many situation ( On the cross, on the mountain , risen and the Shepherd , St. Mary , St. Michael , St. George , .. in the original size

The Plote Price

in Glenwood Memorial Gardens The plots for two is $ 3150.00 plus Tax

Casket Price

- We will import the Caskets from China with average price of $500.00

or from Ontario for 1000.00

exactly same Casket in Alberta for $ 3500.00 to $5000.00,

Also there is a nother option to have a contract with a carpenter from Egypt to manufacture the caskets

Also the same carpenter can do any carpenter work for our churches

Our Price

For Plotes and 2 Casket is $8000.00 and Tax recipt for $ 3000.00

Notes 4:

We urge our beloved Pope Anba shenouda the patriarchate to a point:

- One monk or more to run the church, consecration and the retreat house to perform the message of the center for Missionary Training and spiritual issues and to have it opens all days

- And we will ask his holiness to a point Moalemm Alhan and Coptic Language

Also to oriented someone to a complete Deacon

We are going to have an overseas Work contract for peoples from Egypt for:

1. Carpenter

2. Stone & marble’s worker - Monument Headstone Grave Marker

(We need for from St. Mina monastery’s the experience of manufacturing the marble)

3. Moalem Alhann and Coptic Language

It will be Big announcent for the people are intersting to be in our founation Team

Plus I’d like to invite these people to be in the foundating Board:

Notes 7: Church Services

1. Prefer to have 2 churches beside each other;

one in Coptic and Arabic Services

and

the other one in mainly English services and also Coptic for our sons

and for preaching other people from the community.

2. Appoint a Moalem for the church before appointing a priest

3. Appoint the church board members- Seven to Twelve Deacons to support the Priests in mastermind the church services not for financial issues & managements as fellow:

- Archdeacons or Decon For the church Services ( Holy Mass & Evening Services)
( to arrange the shedual services inside and outside the Alter
Also to help Abouna in handling the holy blood in the holy Mass

- Deacon for Alter needs ; organiz the book services , making group schedual for making the Korban , Abarka, Candles and so on

- Deacon / Al-Moalem for teaching Alhann & Tasbaha

- Deacon for Visiting the people – Aftakad & for making peace between families

- Deacon for Sunday school Services and youth

- Deacon for supporting New Comers

- Deacon for Church needs and other activities

- Deacon for Financial Issues

(Notes: Each Deacon has his group or comity for the services)

4. The church’s Priests:

Preferred to be a monk for spreading the monastic spirits in the Retreat & Consecration Centre
Or a Retired deacon (with good health and good spiritual history) to be a priest for the 1st church in where the services in Coptic & Arabic languages language

Also It’s preferred to have a priest from Canada to eliminate a lot of cost and it's not compulsory

For the 2nd church where the services in Coptic & English languages; the second priest should be a young wiz mane born in Canada but not compulsory

What is Compulsory?
A simple, meek, humble, merciful mane

Traning and Practic

And after oriented should he should go and stay in any monastery for one year in four time within 2 years and should get training with some of our beloved priests for more learning in rotating in several churches.

and also every ear has to go monastery for two weeks for spritual practis

5. The financial affairs are the responsibilities of the center's Board which include the deacon of the church's board services for the financial issues

6. The church Kitchen named “St. Mina & St. Kirulos Kitchen” and it’s free of charge for all

7. The church book store named “St. George & St. Pishoy the Alexandrian” and in the cost or sometimes below the cost or finally by maximum profit 20% above the cost

8. No collecting cash donation by passing the basket within the services in the church

9. The Door of the church for service is wide open for all no permission required or restrictions ... it’s compulsory that everyone has to have service in the church

10. The founding board for the center to be for four Years the election

- Then will be three board the main one for the center then the second one for the retreat center then the third one for the church ; this one to be nominated by the priest except the deacon of the financial issues to be nominated by the center.

- To establish a more democratic election Should announced 3 months earlier to election by sending letters and forms to all of the member of the congregation, for who is interesting to be elected for the board . Also we should mail a letter to the entire congregation for the day of the election of the new board
- And the Election Day should be in attending of the 75% of the congregation members
- Election should be every 4 years... And no one can work for more than two times but at least half of the board member should be changed every 4 years

- The board can be stretched to have committee members added to the board for especial projects

- The decision of any project should be accept by the majority (above 50% of the board member and if it’s fifty-fifty the side of the chairman can take the decision

11. Create a new Board Named the wiz or senates board مجلس الأراخنة which can include all people from pervious services in the church board any one above age of 40 years and has good history

12. Create a new Board Named The Council of Youth and Knights

13. The Deacons within the church services:

- The Deacons consider as a symbol for the congregation for that they are not suppose to talk or to smile or to look around or to move unless for urgent and necessary need after they raise their heart and ayes to take a permission from our lord and ask for forgiveness

- The Adult Deacons not allowing carrying their kids and go back and force within the services it is much better to stay with their family , than to interrupt the services

- The Adult Deacons if they liked to accompany their kids (as Deacons), they have to stay in the first raw of the men seats unless they are mature enough

- The Deacons when they stand within the services their face should be toward the alter and when they set their face either toward the alter or straightforward towards the icons or the

- The Deacon in duty of arranging the service outside the alter is responsible to bring the books of praying or whatever before the services and collecting them after the service is completely ended

- The girls can get dress with church coral’s dressing and set in the first raw of the sets in women side to praise within the Holy communion

14. Congregation within the church's services:

Please be advised that it is normal for women to cover their heads in the Church,

And is required that everyone to wear modest clothing - no bare-arms or legs!

Women stand on the right side of the church,

And men stand on the left

Children should stand with one of their parents.

This is in keeping with the traditions of Holy Orthodoxy, and these rules, like everything else in

the Church, are there for good reasons.

مشروع

كنيسة الملاك ميخائيل والأنبا أنطونيوس القبطية الآرثوذكسية بالبراري

ومركز وجمعية الملاك ميخائيل القبطية الآرثوذكسية
للخدمات ودفن الموتى

كندا – لى دوك و أدمنتون – ألبرتا

المرحلة الآولى

سوف تتم فى خلال 3 سنوات

ويبداء العمل بة مجرد موافقة سيدنا البابا

(1) كنيسة و بيت خلوة وتبشير ( دير صغير ) ياريت سيد نا يرسل لنا راهب أو أكثر – الناس هنا تعانى من الأتعاب النفسية بسهولة ووجود كنيسة مفتوحة على الدوام لأنة أمر عظيم لراحة النفوس

بالنسبة لرسالة التبشير: أنة فى غاية الأهمية دعوة الأخرين للأيمان المسيحى الأرثوذكسى

وكذلك مركز خدمة المهاجر الى كندا: خدمة هذا المهاجر من قبل وصولة الى كندا وذلك من خلال الأتصالات وأعدادهم من كل النواحى الممكنة حتى عند وصولة لايتعطل أو يتعثر كثيرا بل يكون جاهز للعمل أو الدراسة

أيضا هناك أنشطة أخري جميلة للغاية وتفتح باب الرزق لأخرين وان كانت ثانوية:

معمل لعمل الأباركة وتوزيعة على كل كنائس كندا - الشموع – ورشة نجارة – مصنع رخام لأحتياجات المدافن
منتجات البان وأجبان – عسل النحل – مزرعة أبقار ومنتجات لحم الخنزير مع انشاء مذبح للحيونات (هذا المشروع على المدى الطويل)

مطبخ الكنيسة الفروض انة ليس مصدر للربح بل سيكون مثل مطبخ دير مارمينا – أكل بسيط للجميع وبدون مقابل و ل حتى طلب تبرعات

مكتبة البيع بالكنيسة سوف تكون بنظام كنيسة مارجرجس أسبورتنج أيام أبونا بيشوى بالتكلفة أو أقل – المتبة هدفها نشر كلمة الله وليس الربح ولاسيما الربح الغالى فية

(2) بيت أستراحة و أنشطة للشباب و العائلات ولاسيما فى الصيف و الأجازات

و أيضا يمكن عمل نوع من الشركة مع كنائسنا من ناحية ومن ناحية اخري فأنة يمكن عمل نوع من الشركة مع كنائس الطوائف الأرثوذكسية الأخري فى عمل مهرجان رياضى صيفى

(3) مدافن : مجزاءة عدة أ جزء لكل طائفة جزء: للأقباط الأرثوذكس – الروس الأرثوذكس – الأوكران الأرثوذكس – الأرمن

الأرثوذكس وهكذا

وسوف تخصص قطعة أرض صغيرة امام مدافن كل طائفة لعمل كنيسة صغيرة – وتكون مفتوحة كل النهار لكل من يريد زيارة المدافن يستطيع ان يدخل الكنيسة و يصلى و يضيىء شمعة

سوف يكون النظر أكثر من رائع أمام السمائيين فى وجود هذا العدد من الكنائس الأرثوذكس فى مكان واحد

أيضا سوف نزين المدافن ببعض التماثيل مثل قيامة المخلص والراعى الصالح و السيدة العذراء و الملائكة مع بعض النافورات

(4) شراء عربة دفن الموتى أذا سمحت الظروف المالية فى البداية

(5) أنشاء شركة مقاولات
. قبل البدء فى أعمال البناء سوف يتم أنشاء شركة يعمل بها من شعب الكنيسة من لة الخبرات المطلوبة للعمل ومن دون تحيز- بالأضافة الى أستخدام جهود الشباب للعمل صيفا واى جهود متبرعة – تقريبا سوف يتم البناء بالجهود الذاتية بقدر الأمكان- وبهذا نستطيع ان نوفر كثيرا فى تكلفة العمالة وأيضا توفير هامش الربح الذى تحملة شركات المقاولات

(6) برجاء موافقة قداسة البابا بأرسال راهب او أكثر لبيت الخلوة والتبشير

(7) عقود عمل: أيضا سوف يتم عمل عقود لمعلم ألحان وتسبحة ولغة قبطية بالآضافة الى المهن الأتية: نجار – فنى رخام -

المرحلة الثانية وهى على المدى الطويل

1. مبنى اعداد دفن الموتى - Funeral Home
2. مطبعة
3. مدرسة أرثوذكسية لكل الطوائف الأرثوذكسية

4. ملجاء للأيتام لكل الطوائف الأرثوذكسية

5. بيت المسنين لكل الطوائف الأرثوذكسية

6. مبنى أجتماعى تجاري لكل الطوائف الأرثوذكس

7. جريدة أرثوذكسية لكل الطوائف الأرثوذكسية – أخبار الكنائس الأرثوذكسية المحلية – وهى أجتماعية ثقافية علمية – بالأضافة الى الشئون السياسية الكندية فقط

الأعداد التنفيذى للمشروع

بعد موافقة قداسة البابا على المشروع او بعضا منة حسب ما يرتأى قداستة:
1. سوف يتم أختيار المجلس المؤسس والذى لايقل عن واحد وعشرون فردا ولمدة ثلاث سنوات
فى المقابل سوف يتم تأسيس مجلس أراخنة مهمتة مراقبة ومراجعة أعمال المجلس التأسيسى ورفع تقرير سنوي لقداسة البابا او عند الضرورة

2. أيضا سوف يتم تأسيس مجلس الشباب والفرسان من شباب الثانوى وشباب الجامعة لأغراض الخدمة والتبشير

3. سوف يتم أعلان المشروع على الشعب وتشجيعة على الشراء

4. بعد شراء الأرض يتم بناء كنيسة بسيطة على مستوي رهبانى – ثم العمل على تهيئة أرض المدافن للأستخدام بعد أنهاء كل الأجراءات
5. البدء بالتسويق بين طوائف الكنائس الأرثوذكسية الأخرى لمشروع المدافن

6. البدء فى بناء بيت الخلوة وسكن أبونا الراهب وسكن المعلم وسكن النجار و فنى الرخام أو تأجير سكن لهم حسب الظروف المالية

الموازنة المالية

مقدمة: تم دفن حوالى 25 فردا من شعب الكنيسة بتكلفة تبداء من 19000.00 ال 25000.00 دولار كندى
أى أجمالى المبالغ المدفوعة حوالى 500000.00 نصف مليون دولار بالآضافة للذين أشترو مقدما وسوا ء تم الدفع مقدما او بالتقسيط و المدافن تبعد حوالى 30 دقيقة من الكنيسة الحالية على الطريق السريع

فى حين ان تكلفة الدفن حسب هذا المشروع حوالى 8000.00 دولار مقابل المدفن ة الصندوق وسو نعطى ايصال تبرع بمبلغ 3000.00 دولار
و بالنسبة للذين هم غير قادرين على دفع المبلغ سوف نساعدهم على أخذ قرض من البنك وفى أى وقت لايستطيعوا فية السداد يقوم المشروع بالسداد أو ينقل القرض على المشروع – وسوف يتم اعطائهم أيصال تبرع بالفوائد المدفوعة بالأضافة الى ايصال بمبلغ 3000.00 دولار

لو تم أقناع 100 – 200 عائلة من شعب الكنيسة سوف يتم تحصيل مبلغ ما بين 700000.00 الى 1400000.00 والذى بة يمكن شراء مزرعة مابين 80 الى 160 فدان وعلى بعد 30 ال 60 دقيقة من الكنيسة الحالية على الطريق السريع

ملحوظة: ان ثمن صندوق الدفن من المدافن الحالية مابين 4000.00 ال 6000.00 دولار فى حين ثمنة من الصين بالجملة 500.00 دولار او يمكن شرائة من مقاطعة أونتاريو حوالى 950.00 دولار – ثمن اللوحة ارخامية حوالى 1200 دولار فى حين لو تعاقدنا مع واحد من أولادنا فى مصر لهذا العمل مع بعض الأعمال الأخري سوف يوفر ألاف الدولاراات)

انة يمكن تعميم هذا المشروع على مستوي كل مقاطعات كندا اذا استطاعنا ان نكسر كل حواجز الخوف والرفض او السلبية مما يكون مصدر دخل ( والذى أرجوة ان يكون معتدل وليس جشع لآن خدمتنا هى الرحمة وليس المال .
أيضا هدا المشروع سوف يخلق فرص عمل محترمة لأولادنا من موظفين و فنيين . أيضا سوف يحتاج لأصدار عقود عمل لبعض من أولادنا من مصر


هل هناك عقبات للمشروع: ؟؟ نعم ؟؟

وهل نحن محتاجين كنيسة ثانية؟؟ رغم أننا 200 الى 300 عائلة؟ للأما نة نعم نعم نعم

هل الخدمة أو الكنيسة الجديدة معناة أنقسام لشعب الكنيسة؟:

انة ليس أنقساما بل هو أنتشا را للخد مة وتنوع للمواهب واعطاء فرصة لهذة المواهب للخدمة بدلا من ان تكون وزنات مدفونة
أما بالنسبة للشعب فهو يعطى فرصة وتسهيلا للأختيار والذهاب للصلاة فيما يرتاح وايضا وجود كنيسة ثانية سوف يعطى روح اخدمة للنمو أكثر

ملكية المركز الجديد

مجرد رأى وهو أنى أفضل ان تكون المدافن ملك للكنيسة الجديدة لسببين:
أولهما أمكانية أخذ تعضيض من الحكومة لأنة مشروع جديد
وثانيا أمكانية فتح باب الخدمة لمن ليس لة خدمة وظهور مواهب جديدةلمجد اسمة القدوس


رسالة وخدمة الكنيسة الجديدة

رسالة الكنيسة الجديدة لا تتعارض مع خدمات الكنيسة الحالية بل هى خدمات جديدة فريدة فى نوعها
صحيح ان بعض التبرعات سوف تذهب للكنيسة الجديدة . . صحيح سيكون هناك أب كاهن أخر (ان يكون راهب لعدة أسباب)

مع ملاحظة ان الكنيسة الجديدة سوف تعتمد أساسا فى أيراداتها على بيع المدافن لشعب الكنيسة و لشعب الكنائس الآخري


خاتمة

لقد أخذ هذا المشروع من التفكير والبحث ومن القبول او الرفض وحتى الأحباط أكثر من ثمانية عشر شهرا واننى مازلت ابحث فى هذا المشروع ولم انتهى منة بعد .. وقد انتهى بي تفكيري الى التحدث اليكم ولن افتح فمى فيما بعد ..
الله يعلم انى لا أبغى شيئا لنفسى على الأطلاق لا عمل ولا عضوية بل كل ما أريدة هو لمجد السيد المسيح و ايضا رفع المعاناة عن بعض من شعب المسيح وفى هذا لا أجامل أحدا ولا أحابى أحد من البشر مع وجوب الطاعة و المحبة

هذا المشروع قد يكون جديد من نوعة فى بلد المهجر .. انة أمانة بين أياديكم .. مش مهم مين ينفذة .. المهم ان يجد من ينفذة وهنا سوف تفرح نفوس الجميع. أن كل ما وصلت لة من بحث تحت أمر الجميع وسيما من سينفذة سواء شاركت فية او لا
راجيا من الله ان يرشدكم لعمل ما هو لمجد اسمه القدوس
