Our Mission
It is a Missionary and Propagation of The Gospel Center, Praying and serve the holy mass and all other sacraments by having a little church & Monastery with a consecration & Retreat Center to support ministers for all spiritual activities for All people; Children, youth, elder and seniors of the Coptic community and for any other people of the Neighbourhoods (Christian and none Christian), Also Encourage our youth to get involved in the Missionary
Teaching the Gospels Message and to strengthen the spirituals lives with our Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ of the people of Our Coptic Orthodox Church's Congregation and all other people of the Neighbourhoods Christian and none Christian are most welcome
And it is for all youth, men, women and all & families for our Congregations of all orthodox Churches communities, all Christian minorities from the Middle East and around the world in Canada
The Church needs to call all to a life of holiness, to a life that denies itself any indulgence in the passions of the flesh and demonstrates to the world that God is at work in the church, It means avoiding sin and actively performing acts of goodness and love. Avoidance of sin is only one part of the biblical notion of holiness; the other part is positive behavior that demonstrates the goodness and glory of God
According to the holy bible besides Teaching, preaching, praying & healing we have to ease the life of the people in their needs - Serve all of Hungry thirsty, naked, stranger, sick, prison people, orphans and widows in their trouble

To start this project Our Goal to collect a fund of 500,000 to one million Canadian dollars
Which we can buy a littlie farm to buy a little farm in range of 80 and up to 160 acres in the rural aria of Edmonton (and we have to confirm with the city for the monastery and church buildings with the cemetery and all other activity).
Marketing:
To collect money in the range of one million dollar We need to announce about the project to the congregation and connivance them to buy the plots
Once we have a list of people interesting to buy we will start to arrange with the real State, the Bank, the architect and the city, to start to buy the land – (We need to sell plots to 100 – 200 family)
Also we can arrange with a bank to give loans to our peoples of the congregation then the person will pay the monthly payment
The sources of financing the projects
- We have to work hard to collect money from the above source of finance and as following:
- We need to apply for government grant – Federal and Provincial,
- Collect donation from our congregation
- Collect donation from the public community especial from the senior people,
- Marketing for sale the cemetery plots to our congregation and public community especially the new people arriving Alberta or any one they did not buy plots yet
- Membership fees
- Gifts
- Fund rising programs
- Bank Loan

We will give a donation receipts for 4 thousand

6. The church Kitchen it’s free of charge for all and named “St. Mina & St. Kirulos Kitchen” and not supposes to be open before end the holly mass completely
7. The church book store should sell the books and gifts in the cost or sometimes below the cost or finally by maximum profit 20% above the cost and named “St. George & St. Pishoy the Alexandrian and should be open within the church activity .. the holy mass and evening prayer and not suppose to be open before end the holly mass completely8. No collecting cash donation at all by passing the basket within the services in the church
9 Not suppose to use the spiritual activity (Feasts of the churches) for fund rising

which can include all people from pervious services of the center board and above age of thirty five years old with a good history in the fear of God
This Board to watch the work of the governor board of the center and all activities
12. We will have an honor Board of our youth who will share in the Missionary and consecration services plus translation of spiritual books or articles named The Council of Youth and Knights - مجلس الشباب و الفرسان
They will have committees to perform their services
13. The membership
Membership annual fees is ten Canadian dollar
Every one twenty five years old or above in the first day of the February of the election years and would like to involve in the management activity of the center should pay the annual fee plus the other terms mention in this constitution
14. Governing the Center
1 - The governing board should be at least five members and up to thirty three persons
2 - The year is starting in January first
3 - The election for the new board should be every four years
4 - But for the founder board member it will be four years plus the part of the first year
5 - The election should be at any Saturdays or Sundays of the first halve of the month of February
6 - The founder board members are life time member but not suppose to hold any position of the chairman or treasury or Secretary and every founder member after the first cycle of four years has double vote
7 - No one of the chairman or treasury or Secretary can work for more than one time but the other members can work for tow times
8- The qualified member he is the member of the Coptic Orthodox Church and above twenty five years old and has an active membership for at least tow years
9 - Any qualified member and buying a cemetery plots suppose to have double vote
10 - The board can be stretched to have committee members added to the board for especial projects
11 - The decision of any project should be accept by the majority (above 50% of the board member and if it’s fifty-fifty the side of the chairman can take the decision12 -To establish a more democratic election Should announced by three months earlier to election by sending official letters and emails to every active member including tow forms, one form for who is interesting to be elected for the new board and the second one for voting. Also we should announce the election day of the new board
13 - And the Election Day should be in attending of the 60 % of the Active members . But we can accept the voting by emails and it is counting as a part of the 60% of the attending people 14 - The church committee or board will be nominated by the priest except the deacon of the financial issues to be nominated by the center if there is any.

- Deacon / Al-Moalem for teaching Alhann & Tasbaha
- Deacon for Retreat Center
- Deacon for Consecration Center
- Deacon for and Sunday school Services
- Deacon for Youth Services
- Deacon for supporting New Comers
-Deacon for to visit orphans and widows in their trouble and Serve all of Hungry thirsty, naked, stranger, sick and prison people
- Deacon for Visiting the absent people & for making peace between families
- Deacon - Lady – for helping in baptizing ladies?
(Notes: Each Deacon has his group or committee for supporting and performing the services)
- Deacon for Church needs and activities
- Deacon for Financial Issues report to the head board of the center

19. The Priests:
A. Introduction:
For purpose of high spiritual and cutting off the cost
They have to have the spiritual life of the martyred of our church
Confession should be in the church and in front of the alter and not more than ten minute
Priests do not have any special offices but might have a cabinet and desk in the gust room
The Priest should be practically perfect to teach his servant how wash their foots of, to cook, clean the benches of the church and clean the dishes, toilet polish the shoes
The Priest should be A simple, meek, humble, merciful mane and practically perfect to teach his servant According to the holy bible besides Teaching, preaching, praying & healing how to ease the life of the people in their needs - Serve all of Hungry thirsty, naked, stranger, sick, prison people, orphans and widows in their trouble
In the fear of God the priests are responsible to follows and perform the rules and the agenda of the center
Preferred to be a monk until we will be able to afford the cost of having a priest
Training and Practice for Oriented new priest
- After oriented he should go and stay in any monastery for one month every year for the first ten years
- The first year should get training for six months in rotating in several churches with some of our beloved priests for more learning.
- Has to go monastery for two weeks every year for spiritual practice
- The priest has to attend the Saturdays evening praise with deacons – it's not the time for confessions
- The priest has to attend any services on the time and end the services on time unless there is a real emergency
- If there is only one priest serving the holly mass the Deacon or archdeacon or the oldest sup deacon to help in giving the congregation the holy Blood- in this case we have to oriented tow or three to the deacon level
- The Priest should has a Job Description
- The priest not suppose to serve more than forty hours per week not including Sundays
- The priest is in call 24 hours seven days 52 week
- The priest has a yearly one month holyday
- The priest not suppose to travel for any thing can be solved by normal communications like telephone, fax, email, letter or any other way
- The father and his family’s necessarily needs is completely responsible by the center
- Our Priests are holy and fully respected they are the Messiah of the Lord
B. The Priest of the Church and monastery should be a monk or monks
For spreading between our youth the spirit of monasticisms and the spirit of Missionary and spiritual practice of our congregation and to perform the message of the center for Missionary Training and spiritual issues in Consecration Centre
The Church & monastery and the retreat & Consecration should be open all days at all day times according to the spiritual rules and activities
C. The Priest of the first church and the retreat Center where the services in Coptic & Arabic languages should be among of the retired people or a Priest over 55 years old to eliminate a lot of cost and for other several reasons
D. The Priest for the consecration center in the future preferred to be a wiz young Canadian person fluent in the spiritual life before to be a fluent in English
20. The Teacher of Coptic Language & Hymens
Will ask his holiness to appoint and hire Devoted Deacon (Shamas Mokaras - Moalem ) for teaching hems and Coptic Language
21. Orient someone for Deacons and archdeacons
Will ask his holiness Pop Shenouda III to oriented some ones to a complete Deacon and Archdeacon to support the missionary especial in giving the communion when we need
